Below we outline what is prohibited, restricted, or otherwise not permitted on Jaat.

Jaat.co.ke has a zero-tolerance stance toward items that promote hatred, violence, or any goods and services that are unlawful in Kenya (or the buyer’s jurisdiction). Repeated violations can lead to immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

By opening a shop or placing an ad you confirm you are 18 years or older, accept our policies, and understand that Jaat may deactivate or suspend an account—with notice—if our Terms or the law are breached.
